Screen (matrix) factory defect confirmed
Hello! We bought a TV set at Optus, Alfas Veikals, in the name of an existing long-term customer, with a monthly supplement to an existing bill, 65. 00 dollars per month for three (3) years. The total cost of the TV is 2340. 00 dollars. Within two weeks, we found a screen defect, which was later confirmed by the warranty service staff as a defective industrial screen (matrix). We wrote to the Optus store that we wanted a new tv, not this one, which had already been repaired, which meant changing the screen (matrix) for a new tv. So far, we have been without a TV, and Optus has not made any offer acceptable to us, because such a model no longer exists, which means that such a used or other brand is equivalent or more expensive, but with a premium. We also called the lg service, where they referred when they offered Optus equivalent models and named them. Of course, we chose a slightly better one, to which Optus replied that we have to pay the difference.
