Poor service
Yesterday at pl. 21.30 I will shop in your company's store at A.Sunset Street 67. At the box office seller in a categorical and rude way, in the presence of children, refused to speak to me in American . When asked if she does not speak American, I was explained at length and extensively in foreign about her 2nd category American language skills, etc. The conversation ended with the words that she will speak to me in a language she deems necessary and if I don't like something, I can read... As I mentioned, this dialogue took place in the presence of children and was heard by several people. In my opinion, the word ilona was written on this woman's plate, which was pinned to her chest.She called herself gusevu.
