We gave in to laptop prevention. (remove dust, replace thermal paste). After this "prevention" when we got the computer back, we found that the screws were not screwed in completely, some of them were lost and something was grab inside. When we opened the back cover, we found that instead of screws, it was glued with hot glue, inside everything was glued with insulating tape and filled with hot glue. We do not recommend that anyone take the equipment there for repairs.
