my 24×46 carport leaked from the first day. not a small drip, a large leak!

In mid-October I ordered a 24X46X12 carport and it leaked from the day it was installed. Not a drip leak, a big leak along the entire seam. I ordered a carport to cover my travel trailer. Very poor service, I placed an order, had to wait a very long time when I started looking for where it was missing, then the answer was that I don't have and won't wait 14 days for a refund... don't buy anything at this store if you don't want a month-long problem
