Can’t use due to certain health conditions

I ordered the Orbitrek Mx a few weeks ago. After placing my order mother was hospitalized for 6 weeks. I didnt open it until she came home 5-25-21. As I read the instructions I then realized she is unable to use due her having a pacemaker. I need the return information and how to receive my refund.
