TV not working black screen

TCL came out three months ago into my home. I was not happy about that. They changed software in tv picture gone out completely today. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy TCL TV.

Poor product bad customer care

TCL 10 pro phone In January TCL done a new update and since then has wrecked my phone. Nemerous issues with my phone and upon contacting them there still unable and unwilling to fix the issues.. Please avoid buying TCL products

Tv screen went all black

Turned tv on this morning and only had sound call support troubleshooting did not work it was bought 2/17/19 spent 532 on 65 inch and it only last this long thats a lot of money for junk and told sorry nothing we can do good help never buy anything TCL again
