Led repair under warranty complaint no N0610********

Reapar under warranty is taking much time it’s about 15days since engineer visit the faulty part is taking delay to reach . To exact date of reaching the same is not known . It’s taking long time..plz dispatch the same on urgent ..complaint no IN0620********

To complain about TCL. Horrible company

Horrible customer service. Hangs up 3 times. 75 goes out in 11 months!!!! Customer service just hangs up after you hold for 30 min.. never calls back 3 times over an hour. Stay away from this brand. !!!
