I placed a parts order over the phone 3 and a half months ago (credit card charged the same day) and have not received the parts yet. Dont buy if you want a gun that comes with customer service

I have at Taurus 38 special that I need parts for. I have been calling for weeks and sending emails. Nothing, no feed back and noone ever answers the phone. Worst customer service ever!!!!
