I placed a parts order over the phone 3 and a half months ago (credit card charged the same day) and have not received the parts yet. I have tried dozens of times to call Taurus customer service without success. Mostly the call disconnects immediately, but if it gets through to the automated menu it is disconnected when I choose the customer service option. On the rare occasion that I am connected to the customer service line, I am put on hold until I give up after 30 minutes or so.
