Prescription glasses since march

I tried calling customer service that was not delivered since March. Cant get any information on whom to reach because customer service said he dont know anything. User’s recommendation: Very bad customer service. Cant get any info from them. Nostars.

This is a really bad place to buy…

ordered glasses with one week left on insurance…they made sure that the week went by and then told me I needed a new prescription…found out they own the vision plan…eyemed…also. This italian french global company is skirting anti trust , monopoly of eye glass industry.

Very unprofessional office

9615 Old Spanish Trail Tucson AZ. Exam was acceptable and they accept insurance but the office personal was VERY unprofessional. 10:30am Alex one of the office employees sat at his work space eatting. Do not go to Target Optical in Gig Harbor, Washington

My husband and I both got an eye exam. The exam was fine. However, I was told, I need glasses, but not why I need glasses. I believe the sales staff pushed unnecessary glasses on my husband. He only needed readers and paid almost 300.00 for them. He did not understand…

Avoid no follow up from corporate so they have been holding on to my money!!

I’ve reached out for DM to contact me but no follow up! So I guess they kept my money for product never delivered! They keep having this manager contact me that I want absolutely nothing to do with. I will never return to target optical!
