Cancelled flight inside itinerary

My flight was cancelled by TAP. Not all of the itinerary – just one segment. My arrival and departure cities are in two different countries – miles apart. They said I have to contact my trip.com but mytrip.com said the airline is responsible… No one cares. In these times it seems like it would matter
