I had 2 vouchers issued to me for cancelled flights due to COVID 19. The vouchers got deleted from my email address. Can I get 2 new vouchers or a refund. The vouchers are for myself, Joan LoMonaco, 8/27/1968 and my mother Patricia Bogue, 10/22/1945. I purchased tickets on 12/3/2019 for 1535.60 on my mastercard, reference #047201****498.

Can not get in touch with anybody at tap , they cancelled my flight and gave me a voucher for approx 10 pounds instead of £90
