Seller not shiped my product in 5 days

seller not shipped my product in 5 days. Contacted the seller several times, but the didi not replied. Even what I ordered after that, I am going to have the product in 1 day. What about this product. What is their problem?

Never to recommend to future customers

unable to log-in even provided a code from sms. This is disgusting and frustrating. created user for more then 3’x and giving an impression of anger… everytime asking for 14sc wait and 15min wait. OMG! what is such difficult apps we are using.
