Poor service, fraud

I signed the annual contract in the spring of 2019. Without my consent, they extended the contract until August 2021. Reception was based on covid19 (universal reservation in 2020). In the end, I mysteriously accumulate debt for a hall I have not applied for anymore. They also love to threaten debt collectors.
