March 28, 2019 my bank acct showed two unauthorized, unexpected charges to my credit card: (1) 59.00 for "tme*86755x*rollingstn – 866-449-8742ny and (2) 42.00 for Tme*1s37w5*marthastewart – [protected]. I also shop at this nice store! I understand that this is Polish furniture and the quality is what it is, with their bills. I bought a chair, I have to admit that the delivery was prompt, if I paid on Thursday, I could pick up on Tuesday. I put it together, the two screws don't fit because they are too big, but I couldn't do without them and I didn't say anything. A week later we went to buy a sofa and a section, because we had already watched and turned a blind eye to those screws, paid money and was back next week to drive back. I talked the transport, I picked it up, I paid for the rest and we went with the boy (employee), we went into the container and he tells me that I really couldn't understand the pages, but for the time being that all these boxes should be taken. Ok, I took it, took it home, unpacked everything, no instructions! Call the store, answer:it has never happened to us, we suddenly switch to foreign language (ok little thing, but now unpleasant... ), not knowing what to do, I ask you to send me a pdf. in the format of love, it is not possible, but now trying to do something until the evening, to which I answer that now I have no terrible pleasure until the evening with a huge pile of boards waiting to be hurried, answer: da, vsjo hi!
