And it took me 9 minutes, even though I had spent 3 hours in line. So I started thinking - why did I have to wait in line for so long? 18 people were served in the 3 hours before me. There were 4 employees in the office. And at one point, those sitting in line lamented the employees from the next office, which served 3 people. Thus, 18-3 = 15 people remain in the special unemployment registration office, who are served for 3 hours. So on average 15/3 = 5 people per hour. SO ONE EMPLOYEE PER HOUR SERVES ONE (18-3) CUSTOMERS / 3 HOURS / 4 EMPLOYEES = 1. 25 PEOPLE. If it took me 9 minutes to complete everything, are the situations really so difficult for other people that they have to spend a lot more time? It may be worth reviewing responsibilities and making some improvements to the internal organization of work so that people do not have to spend so long in line.
