poor service

Nothing has improved on TV yet. The signal disappears all the time - a few words - no signal... after 5-10 minutes it recovers - sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes longer and disappears again. In fact, it is not possible to watch any broadcast. This HELIO TV is a complete flaw, or this glamorous institution has absolutely unprofessional staff who do not cope with new technologies. Well, I already have a legitimate desire to change the operator. For example, OceanKOM does not have such a problem.
