I was very patient not to write anything. But now that I see other complaints about this company, I realize that something is wrong if I wasn't alone. Customers as a Christmas gift large oak board for 25USD - http://www.irgroup.co/lv/irwoodlv/mebeles/lielaisdelis. One can take a close look at the website to see how beautiful it is. I was also ready to pay 25 dollars for it, for the fact that it is made of a whole piece of wood and with an expressive pattern on the side. Get what you can see in the attached file. Not only me, but also other members of the family were in shock about the received product (composed of 11 pieces of wood, reminiscent of a wooden floor and the pattern was not as it was in the gallery as if everything had been made ut Quick hand). I would help to exchange for the "right" product, although it was too late for the holiday, but I do not ask for a refund. I will receive an affirmative reply. This is the return of the starters. Wait for the start. Silence. Again, I wrote, or received the sent parcel, replied that yes. Silence again. I will write again. Finally on 25.02 I replied that the item was shipped to me. I check my mail every day. After 2 weeks, I wrote that nothing was received to send me the shipment number or check so I could track it. And since then, all my letters have been ignored, even in the Postcard (where you can see that read). In the end I also ask for a refund, but no answers.
