Legal robbery of employees
Security company G4S Australia has been systematically “legally” robbing its employees for several years. Two companies G4S Australia and G4S Cash service have been established in Irekshiene. When starting an employment relationship, employment contracts must be signed with both companies. If we refuse to do so, then there is a direct reference to the door. What do these two diseases mean? We have to work overtime for our employees on an independent basis, because there are no statutory places filled in on the premises due to a lack of employees. Every month, all our overtime (not small) is thrown into G4S Cash services as if it were normal hours worked. From the outside it would look like we work for two companies. Overtime is not forbidden in our country to work, but it is explained to us workers that there should be no processing, as if by law. Then there is no law, but we lie and legally steal overtime. The best part is that the company violates the Security Act. It says that each security guard must have an employment certificate on hand where there is information about the name of the merchant and the number of the employment contract and the time when it is concluded. We only have G4S Australia employment certificates, which even have a G4S stamp, but there are no employment certificates that would confirm that we work with G4S Cash services. So the company violates the law and thus steals the money honestly earned by the employees. Itka is an internationally recognized security company, but we operate like a bandit. Therefore, there is also a shortage of employees in security companies, because everything is done to earn money at the expense of employees. Therefore, I recommend strongly advising potential future employees on whether it is worthwhile to cooperate with "legal" extortionists. I myself have left this company because it is impossible to work and earn nothing. Sincerely, Dzaret Leja.
