poor quality service

SIA "7-11" employs people who do not know foreign at all, as well as English. They do not speak foreign at all, nor do they understand anything in that language. Vendors cannot serve people normally, with quality. Can't solve problems and answer questions. They wrongly knocked out e-ticket extensions, number of trips, and so on. and bears no responsibility for it. Terrible service and treatment of foreigns, who make up 1/2 of the population of Santa Ana.
