Canopy was tripped to shreds during a summer storm

EI have called and called and emailed was told I’d have to speak to another agent after waiting almost 90 minutes for someone to talk to some one I was told that there in stock and that shipping would contact me worse customer service EVER

Wind damaged a section of roofing NOT SECURED AS PER THE PLANS. NOT A PRODUCT CONCERN! The gazebo was an extremely well-designed product. Clear directions, very well fabricated parts. Gazebo defective and cheaply made

Beware! Research company on BBB website and Other sites as they take your money ship a poorly manufactured product and then when you call them Because it only lasts a couple months they have you send in pictures for a warranty that could leave you hanging for MONTHS or longer to get replacement parts! Bad customer service, and dont stand by there products

I bought 2 outdoor chandeliers, to put under my gazebo and within 2 weeks they both stopped working. Also where the battery goes in the close tab doesn’t close completely once you put the batteries in. Keep calling 8 times to speak to a supervisor for 2 months never available.
