Very hard to get hold of anyone in any way.If you can get a response they seem to want to resolve the issue.Haven’t been able to get the replacement part I need yet. User’s recommendation: Make sure you can find your model number on the web sight to see if you can get replacement part.
Asked a simple question. Talked to their customer service about ordering a specific item. They couldn’t tell me if I could, said they would have someone contact me, gave me a reference number and never heard from them again. User’s recommendation: Don’t count on support.
