Defective sunglasses

I purchased Dolce Gabbana DG4354 sunglasses on April 9 as a birthday present for myself. The fit was perfect when tried and purchased. Bad experience at your store in Kelowna bc

Your sale policy makes no sense buy two pairs of glasses get 70.00 off the second pair but really its the cheeper pair makes no sense if I buy two pairs T a cost of 800.00 makes difference as to witch pair is reduced end price is the same ??

Store employee was extremely rude when I was trying to ask a question about returning a pair for the oops program.

I personally will never shop at one of these locations again. I purchase about 2-4 top notch glasses a year. I went into the store at your tanger blvd location in lancaster pa. The employee was extremely rude to me in the store. I simply asked what the return policy…

I think they did pretty good

I walked in oh, a pretty girl showed me lots of sunglasses. She was polite, and she cleaned each pair before putting them back on the Shelf. She probably work with me for half an hour. I like what I got and the price was fair
