My order hasn’t arrived it’s over a week late

No one has helped me my order is over a week late I cant get through to any of your contact numbers also the email no one responds to your holding £170 of my money that I have paid for sun glasses

Faulty sunglasses and SH did not live up to their warranty or advertised ‘oops’ policy.

Purchased glasses from enthusiastic salesperson. A pair of Prada circa $400nzd. From Auckland, Albany Mall. Sold to me with the promise of 12 month warranty and oops cover (50% off replacement pair) in the event of accidental damage.
