Shipping expensive & VERY slow. It takes over a week to receive products. I thought maybe someone was walking to Chicago because they could in the time it takes to receive products! Also returns take weeks before you get your money back. Do u care Mr Redford?
When so many other clothing companies offer free shipping (at least with minimum purchase) and free returns, why doesn’t Sundance? I have been ordering from sundance catalogue for a few years now. In the past i would agree with most of the bad reviews. Slow on exchanges, poor customer service, etc. I think they must be listening. I think they have improved greatly on expediting returns and being more proactive with customer service. I love their clothes.
