Did not have information re status. Tried many times to contact company without success spoke to a rep last week who said a new blanket will be shipped to me in a few weeks. I will keep you informed if it is delivered User’s recommendation: Better service.

Faulty electric lap blanket

bought the blanket 4months ago and the remote is not working. The remote just blinks and does not heat the blanket. Have not heard from Sumbeam even though I Sent in a complaint last week.
