I canceled my membership 2 months ago after I paid my last month. It can be shown that I have not visited any located because my gym has a tanning bed so no need for it and my bank was just hit with 2 months and I guess late fees of 119 dollars! I am very upset... Read more ➤
Yes there is still an issue. A less than a month ago I had purchased the tour of the city package from your online website. I still have my receipt and in no way shape or form did it state online or on my reciept when I purchased the package that they would expire in a week... Read more ➤

Put account on hold

I’m just not using it as much as I was so for now better to put it on hold and use again when convenient. Between work and things don’t have the time. Had no problems
The number just rings and disconnects. It doesnt even mention their name and when you call a local store one of them give you a recording and disconnect with no options and the other store I called thats a little bit further away just rings and rings and rings. User’s recommendation: Use a different company.
None of your local store and get their phones and all Im trying to do is manage my points from my old account to my new account User’s recommendation: In a placeIn a place that somebody actually answer the phone that somebody actually answer the phone.

The Internet is the slowest ever seen in the last 20 years

While Telstra offers everyone free unlimited internet to test stability, where I even 100mbit / s was squeezed out over the phone, meanwhile AuMobile with a router worth 300 AU$‎ barely squeezed out 20kb / s, showing 400 ping of additives. Well you didn't have to run their tv service, obviously you're definitely not holding the load. Realistically all the problems with AuMobile started when they started offering their tv service, until then the internet went up to 100mbit / s, now nothing like that, half an hour to wait to load this page so you can write a complaint. It's high time to drop the price, because you are currently one of the most painful providers in the world. If nothing changes in two weeks, I'll go to Telstra.
