The Internet is the slowest ever seen in the last 20 years
While Telstra offers everyone free unlimited internet to test stability, where I even 100mbit / s was squeezed out over the phone, meanwhile AuMobile with a router worth 300 AU$ barely squeezed out 20kb / s, showing 400 ping of additives. Well you didn't have to run their tv service, obviously you're definitely not holding the load. Realistically all the problems with AuMobile started when they started offering their tv service, until then the internet went up to 100mbit / s, now nothing like that, half an hour to wait to load this page so you can write a complaint. It's high time to drop the price, because you are currently one of the most painful providers in the world. If nothing changes in two weeks, I'll go to Telstra.
