It’s been three weeks since I cancelled my flight. I believe I was told there would be no charge to cancel if done by a certain day. LIES all lies don’t just assume there a legit company because there not. User’s recommendation: Spend the extra money and get a real airline.

Priority boarding

Paid for priority boarding as my mom uses a wheelchair but she wasn’t brought on the aircraft until it was half full. I want my money back!
Hello we still not receiving the lost luggage, under reservation Q1R9FL (Saado Ali), from MSP to IND, luggage was check in on July 16th, 2021 at 09:35AM, the address you need send it is 5345 John Quincy Adams Ct., Plainfield, IN, 46168 USA Please send us tracking#, we didn’t receive any certainly answer from your company.
Last year I upgraded seats and paid for bags and this was not part of my insurance and sun country never reimbursed for these extra services.

Got name wrong

Was not able to help me. I needed to get a name change on the second ticket and I couldn’t, so now I have to cancel it, get credit for a trip in the future.

Poor service

7/8/19 I had planned to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. Everything was fine until we tried to enter the pools. It turned out that we both have poor eyesight (-3 and -4). It is impossible for us to walk without glasses. Almost from the guest pools and all the hills we were driven away by the staff because we were in glasses. After all, we only had access to the pools and saunas in the spa area. We left after an hour very angry, although we paid for 4 hours. It is very unfortunate to spend 50 dollars. Nowhere was it stated anywhere that people with glasses have nothing to do there. The staff had not said anything at the time of buying the ticket. It ruined the whole mood on BIRTHDAY!
