It’s been three weeks since I cancelled my flight. I believe I was told there would be no charge to cancel if done by a certain day. LIES all lies don’t just assume there a legit company because there not. User’s recommendation: Spend the extra money and get a real airline.

Last year I upgraded seats and paid for bags and this was not part of my insurance and sun country never reimbursed for these extra services.
Was not able to help me. I needed to get a name change on the second ticket and I couldn’t, so now I have to cancel it, get credit for a trip in the future.
