Poor service
7/8/19 I had planned to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. Everything was fine until we tried to enter the pools. It turned out that we both have poor eyesight (-3 and -4). It is impossible for us to walk without glasses. Almost from the guest pools and all the hills we were driven away by the staff because we were in glasses. After all, we only had access to the pools and saunas in the spa area. We left after an hour very angry, although we paid for 4 hours. It is very unfortunate to spend 50 dollars. Nowhere was it stated anywhere that people with glasses have nothing to do there. The staff had not said anything at the time of buying the ticket. It ruined the whole mood on BIRTHDAY!
