Fraud

I sent a bed but sent a completely different bed. I have been waiting for a month for delivery and not sending the product yet. I want to pay for my bed for which I have paid and as soon as possible because the child can apply any day. Yesterday a call to the service center and the girl said that would find out the situation and call today but also unexpected call. I wrote a letter to [hide] @ 110.shop but wrote that answers within 2 working days. But as far as I can wait. We don't have time anymore.
