The head of the stretcher is not going up or down

The mechanism on the headboard is not engaging. It has worn off, this is a surgery center and we are using the stretchers all the time and we are relying on the stretcher every day. User’s recommendation: The customer service was very helpful.

No response from customer support regarding warranty service

Purchased a support surface (mattress) for a hospital bed. It came with a 5-year warranty. Four years in, the surface is beginning to fail.
