Duplicate order Charged 3 times.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 8/1/21 which I received on 8/12/21. I was correctly charged $157.21 on 8/1/21. On 8/13/21 I received a Second Identical pair of shoes which I did NOT order and was charged $157.21. ALSO, I was charged a. THIRD TIME for $157.21.
