My credit card was hacked and had to wait for a new card. I totally forgot to change charge information for my account. There was absolutely NO problem! Customer service was wonderful and took care of me!

We just got our returned items into the mail to be sent back to not be charged for items we don’t want, but we have been charged for the full price of everything.
I was sent an extra package after membership was canceled however customer service was very helpful they are allowing me to send it back and I will get the $220 refunded to my credit card that is an outfit that I did not want to spend over $200 on so thank you stitch fix for being so...

Poor service.
You wouldn't have thought you would have to write this, but other customers should know what they might face as well. Waiting for an order for more than 2 hours.
