I had a problem with the the USPS I had the wrong label on the wrong packaging. Never happened before in the two years I have used Stitch Fix. Called them and the problem wash fixed in seconds. User’s recommendation: Use them!
Taking to long for a return credit. It was almost a month from my returned item but still no credit to my account. User’s recommendation: Just give them a call.
Did not like even one of the fixes. I am so disappointed because I was eagerly expecting this months fix as my anniversary is coming up. But none of the clothes fit or even looked decent. I expect a refund because I sure am not paying styling fee for such bad picks
