Tried to resolve and they just kept shuffling me around and not allowing g the phone call to go through User’s recommendation: The styles are great but stay on top of it or they will ram the charged down your throat.

This is my experience so your customer service seems like a major fail. The tops wont fit, and neither will the shoes as they are to narrow. I do like the products. I also cant find my code for the coupon off my first purchase. Id appreciate a human voice and not just an email please. 515-664-****

You wouldn't have thought you would have to write this, but other customers should know what they might face as well. Waiting for an order for more than 2 hours. Given that we were promised and expected that the order would be until 10 pm (the order was placed around 9:30), when I called at 21:45 to clarify how long to wait, I received an answer that 20-30 minutes. , then there will already be, there are a lot of orders. Okay, we were still waiting patiently. But when I called 22. 25 because nothing had been received yet, the answer rang - a few more minutes, the courier is already near you. Finally at 22. 42 I also received a call that there is a supplier present. My bigger disappointment was that out of the 3 ordered sushi, one was from another opera - the same was not ordered, the other was broken, all the pieces were mixed together, but now the third at least looked normal.
