The Sterling Bank personal account phone app locks me out for no apparent reason at least once every other month. You are then required to call in to straighten things out and on hold for an hour. I have at least 6 other banking apps on my phone and very rarely have a problem with any of them. I've had enough. It's time to transfer the funds out of Sterling bank and close the accounts.
