Stein Mart said theyd get right back to me regarding a return label, but I have not heard from them and they dont answer their phone. Terrible terrible customer service. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from them if there’s a chance you will want to return an item.

Cheating
Before giving your cat for treatment, say other pricing, but when the cat has to be taken out, prices suddenly quadruple and even does not explain why. Blood tests said it would be around 20 USD, but asked for 50 USD without even showing the blood results themselves. The funniest thing is that cats don't even show their owner until it's paid! The real fraudster's office that cares about money, not your pet!
