Happy with mine

I purchased and installed my model 2004 in 2002 and had to replace heating elements in 2008 with no problems since. It still works good and I am happy with it. These heaters are unreliable, they constantly breakdown

Ever since they came out with these digital controls they have been faulty and nothing but trouble, Unfortunatley for us we bought then when they just came out with the digital controls and they never worked properly and company refuses honor their customers by replacing or refunding, were going to have to go to propane gas.
