I purchased and installed my model 2004 in 2002 and had to replace heating elements in 2008 with no problems since. It still works good and I am happy with it. One thing that would be nice, is a separate access panel to work on control unit instead of having to take the complete front off to get to the right side compartment. User's recommendation: EXpensive to install unless you are a qualified electrician.
