Old app had over $11 but new app shows nothing

Old app had a balance of over $11 saves on pay tab but new one shows nothing. How do I get back what I paid.

Gift card a problem and two time of my receipts was not excepted on the reward app

Gift card show 11.68 but when I use it at restaurant it show nothing. I have two receipts and when I put them in my reward app it will not take them. I try to do it right after I purchased my food.

I had to drive 20 minutes back to a store for missing food.

Update by user May 07, 2021 Drove back to store 20 no tires to get food fixed and they didn’t even remake my burger properly. Let others know of my experience

Met sons for lunch at Normal location on May 5, no indoor dining, why? Went to pizza establishment on the 23rd we dined inside. Then they have nerve to ask for tip. Really? Food was ok User’s recommendation: Be prepared to eat outside until Pritzker is no longer in office.
