My rewards card will not release my credit of 25.81.

My rewards card would not work when I was at steak and shake. I have $25.81 on there so but Employee referred me to calling this number to get help to activate my rewards card again so I can use up my credit.

Problems with money taken off gift card thru app when no order was placed & receipts not scanning

I put money on a gift card to use on my SS app. Amount was taken off for order not placed or received. Had 4 receipts that wouldnt scan through app to get reward points. Call &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; received a recording our office is unavailable User’s recommendation: Do not add money to gift card on app.

Canceled order,,,need a refund

Kept getting a recording staying no one was in the office and no way to leave a message. So I received no resolution. Not very happy. No food, no refund. Out 20.00$

I walked I’m at 8:30 pm closing time is 10PM and they tell me they are closed. There was two workers one was sitting at a booth on his phone while the other was making them selves food.
