Failure to remove commercial waste

Failure to remove commercial waste from work site after completion and payment. He insisted on payment before completion. Now i see why… SEVERAL requests left unanswered. I would remove myself but since it commercial waste I will have to pay landfill charges for the second time… Because I am not a commercial contractor… words words {{Redacted}}
