WiFi connectivity , outages, recording problems and cost increases Problem is they are a monopoly and dont care because theres no real competition. They advertise about costs and no contracts but they increased service costs all the time. User’s recommendation: Look for other alternatives.

Spectrum has misapplied my funds and won’t correct it, my service is being threatened and all I am told is that I have to pay up, even though I have and my bank sent proof, but Spectrum has done nothing. User’s recommendation: Find any other internet and phone company.
Internet down for 6 hours I work from home and could not do very important work that is do in the morning I was not able to finish my work so now I’m in trouble unbelievable User’s recommendation: Beware if you use for work.
