HORRIBLE STAFFING AND SERVICE!!!!

Network says i have no internet

The wait time was only 1-2 minutes and the person whom i spoke with spoke ENGLISH, not some Eastern continent 1/2 way around the world barely intelligible which is a BIG plus in my book. Person was able to quickly diagnose my issue and then i was on my way. Thankyou so much !!
