After a power outage due to a storm, our internet, cable and landline phone went out. It took over 6 phone calls and 3 service calls to get any service restored. There has never been reliable service here.

Bill went up to $40 a month Spectrum is a big Rip Off the company and others like it should be regulated and more companies allowed into the market place. User’s recommendation: Give up watching TV. If it was not for my wife I would not need TV as a big waste of time.

After being on hold for over 15 minutes just to speak to a person, the customer service representative was supposed to transfer me to technical support. Instead I was transferred back to the main line to wait another 20 minutes (still waiting) . If there was a different company, I’d use them. User’s recommendation: Find someone else.
