Worst service team ever

The initial prompt asks for tax id & NPI #’s, so why did each (8) telephone operator ask me the same info & ask for the patients name & date of birth? to every person I was transferred to, I had to provide the same info… & this is the PLATINUM team that handles issues. One platinum... Read more➤

Poor customer service locating a claim.

No one knows what’s going on even within their “system”. They pass the buck from one department to another. No one knows representatives numbers to transfer to, can’t locate records, can’t read their own scanned images of receipts, can’t trace their own fax numbers…..what a mess! No, I would not recommend Spectra User’s recommendation: Find another!
