Wasting my time

After 3 months my number was ported from vodaphone and still no data activated on my phone . They first blamed themselves them now it’s Telstras problem because I got the Telstra sim through them . I am trying to cancel my landline as I no longer require it. I have sat on hold for 3 days in excess of 35 minutes, sent emails through their contact center and STILL no acknowledgment or contact made. I have had SOS Calls only and Southern do not respond at all call after call some days due to waiting time to talk to them, changed over to chat only to see 54 calls ahead of me. User’s recommendation: DONT USE SOUTHERN PHONE.
