Telstra have apparently disconnected my home phone. I have rung Southern 4 times over the last month as the landline is a must as mobile reception very poor or non-existent at times. Still no service

Multiple calls yet no service. You blame Optus which is convenient but doesn’t help me. Over a month now and still can’t use my 2ndmobile.a Have phoned with the inevitable long wait 5 times. The only review can give at present is very bad.Answer please, Chris Pollard User’s recommendation: Never.
Need $25.20 to be put back in my account ., told this money would go into my bank on the 22nd October .Bank statement today ,money taken out and no money refunded User’s recommendation: forget it.
