Worst nbn

Should never have chosen this company. Terrible customer service,slow connection and at times no connection. It took 10 minutes to connect tonight. They say it must be my device that is an issue…don’t see how the tv,iPad,iPhone and pic can all have an issue at the same time,unless it’s Southern phones faulty connections. Cant wait till my... Unbelievably unreliable

Home phone connection has never worked, company says it should, won’t send out technician. Internet not working 2 months now.
